EMCN® Slot Grids
Slot grids are specialized support grids used in Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) for observing large or elongated specimens that do not fit traditional grid sizes. Featuring an elongated slot instead of standard circular holes, these grids provide an unobstructed view of extended samples, such as fibers, tissues, or other irregularly shaped materials.
The slot grids with support films like carbon or Formvar to enhance stability and prevent sample loss during imaging are also provided.
