Set Screw Vise with Open Slot
The Set Screw Vise with Open Slot is a precision tool designed specifically for Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) applications. This vise securely holds small, irregularly shaped, or thin samples in place during imaging and analysis. The open slot design allows for easy access and adjustment of the sample, providing flexibility in positioning without obstructing the SEM beam path.
Clamp thin specimens and cross sections without the need for tape or conductive paint.
Material: machined aluminum with stainless steel set screw.
Allen wrench included.
A standard M4 pin is used to convert the Hitachi mount into a pin stub style mount for use on the Thermo Fisher Scientific/FEI, Zeiss/LEO, TESCAN SEM.
