Coolglow Glow Discharge System
The Coolglow is a compact and user-friendly glow discharge system designed for high-quality surface treatment of TEM grids. It uses a high-performance mechanical pump to quickly achieve vacuum pressures below 10 Pa. The integrated RF power source ionizes the air, effectively converting the grid surface from hydrophobic to hydrophilic, ensuring uniform dispersion of polar suspension samples on carbon films.
