easiCutter is a TEM sample punching device
It's an essential tool for preparing metal samples, the TEM sample punching device manually punches 3mm diameter samples from thin materials before the grinding process. It ensures smooth and flawless edges on the punched samples, providing an ideal starting point for subsequent TEM analysis.
The newly designed puncher is easy to use, durable and does not require any maintenance.

Efficient Operation: Utilizes a 1:12 torque ratio lever, requiring moderate force for easy pressing with appropriate rebound resistance.
Precise Positioning: Equipped with an Ø8 positioning mark on the base, facilitating accurate placement and minimizing material waste.
Innovative Design: The bottom die is elevated above the base plane and features an elastic return column, allowing the punched round sheet to automatically spring back to the die surface for easy sample retrieval.
High-Quality Cutter: The cutter is made of high-quality mold tungsten steel and is CNC precision machined for high coaxiality and a smooth surface. Enhanced clearance reduces burr generation. Post-machining heat treatment further increases the cutter's surface hardness.
